Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-offs at authorized locations.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any UPS location or official drop box; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
